Natural de Río de Janeiro. Nacio el 4 de enero de 1963.hijo del Pintor y muralist Diego Ortega y de la Algarra Professor y de Marchant de arte Christina Maria Da Cruz Migueis Ortega.

Así como el padre tempra Comienza a caminar los caminos del arte, a los 13 años en Sao Paulo, participe de una Exposición nacional donde su primera medalla Gana de oro con la injuries "busto de José de Anchieta" que se encuentra hoy en el del museo del Anchieta, SP.

Venda sus trabajos en la feria de arte de la plaza de la Republica, SP.

A los 14 años en España viaje couple frecuenta donde el Conservatorio Superior de Música y Artes de la ciudad en dramáticos del Málaga.

En 1982 en Vuelve al Brasil, junto con el padre y montan el taller de bronce fundición Artistica, una de las mas de bronce fundiciones valoradas de São Paulo.
